DO YOU SELL GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Yes! We have gift certificates available to purchase in store, in any CAD denomination you choose.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
In store purchases may be paid by cash, debit, Master Card, Visa & American Express.
As the online shopping experience is still under construction, payment methods will be added once the feature is live.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Devices: Return or exchange within 15 days, with conditions.
Accessories: Unused, in original packaging, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days, with exceptions*
*Wearables including earbuds and headphones are only returnable within 15 days due to malfunction or defect.
Manufacturers' warranty applies to all product and may be claimed directly through the manufacturer.
